✨ Returns & Refunds
Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements with Azurelle.
❌ No Returns Once Opened
Because Azurelle is a beauty product applied directly to your skin, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened/used bottles (your safety comes first).
📦 Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or not what you purchased:
- Email us at hello@azurelle.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear pictures of the product + outer packaging with a video of unboxing the parcel
- We’ll ship you a replacement at no extra cost.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if the product is out of stock or if your order is cancelled before shipping.
- Once shipped, refunds are not applicable.
- Refunds (if approved) will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
📍 Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it (before dispatch).
- After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
