3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments through major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via secure third-party payment gateways.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on select pin codes and is subject to an additional handling charge, as displayed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Due to the nature of beauty products, returns are not accepted once opened or used.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and we will arrange for a replacement.
- Refunds are processed only if an order is cancelled before dispatch or if the product is unavailable. Refund timelines may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and product names, is the property of Tripnova Ventures and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
