📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded)
  
• You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.
  

🚀 Shipping Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  
• Other Cities: 5–7 business days
  
• Remote / Special Zones: 7–10 business days

💸 Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping above on all orders.
  
• COD Orders: ₹50 COD handling fee applies (where available).
  

🌍 Serviceability

❌ Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, before they are shipped.
  
• Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

Your order is packed with love + care. In case your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or leaking, email us at hello@azurelle.in within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. We’ll make it right.
